Billing Policy

1. Product and billing model
AI Reliability is sold as subscription access with usage-based credits. Credits are used to run sample evaluations.
2. Plans and credits
- Starter — $299/month — 1,000 credits
- Team — $999/month — 5,000 credits
- Growth — $2,500/month — 15,000 credits
1 credit = 1 sample evaluation.
3. Evaluation runs and configured limits
For configured evaluation runs, AI Reliability checks available credits and configured budget state before provider calls are made. If credits or configured budget are exhausted, execution is blocked before the model/API call.
This does not replace payment processing, invoicing, or external provider billing controls.
4. Access delivery
Access is delivered after purchase confirmation.
