AI Reliability subscriptions are generally **non-refundable once access is granted**.

If a duplicate payment occurs, contact billing support at `billing@aireliabilityhq.com` to resolve the duplicate charge.

If payment is taken but access is not delivered, contact support at `support@aireliabilityhq.com` so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
