1. Product
AI Reliability is developer infrastructure and an AI evaluation product designed to help teams test AI outputs before deployment.
2. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for how they use outputs, datasets, and configurations, including any decisions made based on evaluation results.
3. Evaluation limitations
The product helps detect risk and identify failure patterns, but it does not guarantee that every failure mode will be found.
4. Access and misuse
Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked for abuse, redistribution, or misuse, including attempts to circumvent access controls.
5. Restrictions
Without our prior written permission, users may not:
- Resell or redistribute packaged materials
- Reverse engineer packaged materials
